First of all, we would like to take this opportunity to inform you about your rights as a data subject. These rights are standardized in Articles 15 - 22 EU GDPR. This includes:

  • The right to information (Art. 15 EU-DS-GVO),

  • The right to erasure (Art. 17 EU-DS-GVO),

  • The right to rectification (Art. 16 EU-DS-GVO),

  • The right to data portability (Art. 20 EU GDPR),

  • The right to restrict data processing (Art. 18 EU-DS-GVO),

  • The right to object to data processing (Art. 21 EU-DS-GVO).

To exercise these rights, please contact: info@eximia-e.de

The same applies if you have any questions about data processing in our company. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority.

Collection of data when you visit our website

When you visit our website, our web server temporarily records technical data such as the IP address of the requesting computer, the access date, the client's file request (file name and URL), the HTTP response code, protocol information (e.g. browser type, date and Time of access). All of this information is evaluated by us exclusively for statistical purposes. It will not be passed on to third parties. We do not link this data with other data. The data is also regularly deleted within one week after a statistical analysis.

In addition, we only collect personal data about you (e.g. name, address, telephone number, email address) if you provide this in our contact form.

Personal data

Personal data is information that can be used to find out personal or factual circumstances about you. Information that we cannot (or only with a disproportionate effort) relate to you personally is not personal data.

Cookies

Cookies are data sets that are sent from the web server to the user's web browser and stored there for later retrieval. Cookies are not able to download data from your hard drive, transmit your e-mail address or other personal data to us. Our website can also be used without cookies. You decide for yourself whether cookies can be collected by setting your browser in such a way that you are informed before a cookie is saved and that it is only saved if you expressly accept this. Most browsers are preset to automatically accept cookies. If you do not want our cookies to be stored on your computer, please deactivate the storage of cookies in your browser for our website or set your browser so that cookies are generally not stored on your computer.

We only use cookies in connection with the web analysis tool Google Analytics (see below “Google Analytics”) and to integrate social media plugins (see below “Social media plugins”).

Use of personal data

Personal data will only be collected by us and only to the extent that you have made it available to us with your knowledge. In particular, this personal data is only used for advertising / market research purposes and to design our services if you have given us your express consent.

Integration of third party content

Stock image provider Adobe Stock

The images from Adobe Stock are included in this offer.  The presentation of these images assumes that the stock image provider can see the IP address of the user so that the images can be delivered to the user's browser. The IP address is therefore required to display this content. According to the current state of knowledge, the IP address is only used for this purpose. However, the provider has no control over whether Adobe Stock uses the IP address e.g. B. for statistical purposes. As far as this is known to the provider, the users are informed or the images are removed. Further information can be found in the data protection declaration from:

Recipients of the data / categories of recipients

Within our company, we ensure that only those persons receive your data who need it to fulfill contractual and legal obligations.

In many cases, service providers support our specialist departments in fulfilling their tasks. The necessary data protection contracts (AV contracts) have been concluded with all service providers.

Storage duration of the data

We store your data as long as it is required for the respective processing purpose. Please note that numerous retention periods require that data (must) continue to be stored. This applies in particular to retention obligations under commercial or tax law (e.g. commercial code, tax code, etc.). If there are no further retention requirements, the data will be routinely deleted after the purpose has been achieved.

In addition, we can store data if you have given us your permission to do so or if there are legal disputes and we use evidence within the framework of statutory limitation periods, which can be up to thirty years; the regular limitation period is three years.

Secure transmission of your data

In order to protect the data stored by us as best as possible against accidental or deliberate manipulation, loss, destruction or access by unauthorized persons, we use appropriate technical and organizational security measures. The security levels are continuously checked in cooperation with security experts and adapted to new security standards.

The data exchange from and to our website is encrypted. We offer HTTPS as the transmission protocol for our website, using the latest encryption protocols. We also offer our users content encryption for the contact forms and for applications. The decryption of this data is only possible for us. There is also the option of using alternative communication channels (e.g. by post).

Obligation to provide the data

Various personal data are necessary for the establishment, implementation and termination of the contractual relationship and the fulfillment of the related contractual and legal obligations. The same applies to the use of our website and the various functions it provides.

In certain cases, data must also be collected or made available due to legal provisions. Please note that it is not possible to process your request or to carry out the underlying contractual relationship without providing this data.

Information and data protection officer

In response to your request, we will be happy to inform you whether and which personal data we have stored about you. If, despite our efforts to obtain correct and up-to-date data, we have saved incorrect data, we will correct this immediately upon your request. If you want the stored data to be deleted, this will be done within the framework of the legal requirements. If deletion is not possible for legal reasons, it may be blocked.
